This website is operated by Dayanamic. This policy explains what information the site collects, why it is collected and how it is handled. It covers dayanamic.com and the project inquiry form on it.
Information you send through the inquiry form
When you submit an inquiry, the form collects your name, your email address and what you write about your project. You can also add your company, phone number, preferred contact method, budget range, timeline, project stage and a file. Only the name, the email address and the project description are required; everything else is optional.
This information is used to answer your inquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone beyond the service providers needed to run the site (hosting and email delivery).
How inquiries are stored
Inquiries are kept in a private area that only authorized administrators can reach, behind a sign-in that requires a second factor by email. Files you attach are stored outside the public part of the site and can be downloaded only through that authenticated area.
Spam protection
To keep the form from being abused by automated systems, submissions may be checked by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address in order to tell people and bots apart.
Cookies and preferences
The site stores your language preference in a cookie, so your next visit opens in the language you chose. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
How long information is kept
Inquiry data is kept for as long as it is needed to follow up on the request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information you sent, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to contact@dayanamic.com and your request will be answered personally.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date shown above it is the date it last changed.
