The work spans many parties and many documents, and every handoff is a chance for delay or error. The platform had to model complicated real-world flows while staying simple enough for operations teams to use under pressure, and had to keep growing as new services and regions were added.
02The solution
Work on this platform covered backend services and APIs, a modern web frontend, integrations with external providers and the cloud infrastructure around them. The emphasis was on clear domain boundaries, reliable background processing and observability, so the teams could trust what the system told them.
