01The challenge

Sourcing decisions required reading many sources, comparing structured and unstructured information and repeating the same manual steps for every request. A generic chatbot would not help; the assistant needed real access to systems, permission awareness and predictable behavior.

02The solution

The assistant was built as an agent-based workflow: tools that query internal services and external APIs, retrieval over relevant documents, and guardrails that keep actions within an approved set. Every step is logged so results can be explained and improved.
